This fully washed lot comes to us from the heart of the Colombian coffee region. The coffee undergoes a natural decaffeination process that combines high mountain spring water and natural Ethyl Acetate (EA). The natural EA is obtained from a sugarcane-based process and is, along with the spring water, the only element that comes in contact with the coffee. Avoiding excessive heat and pressure, this water-EA process allows for gentle extraction of caffeine and maintains the natural structure and characteristics of the coffee.
All coffee is roasted to order Monday and Tuesday and shipped out Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received after noon on Tuesday will be roasted the following Monday. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
